Brookfield is a wonderful community, and Amanda is proud to call it home.  Once elected, Amanda looks forward to continuing what works for Brookfield residents, and bringing a fresh perspective to the issues that will require change.  Here are the priorities Amanda intends to focus on as Alderman for District 5:

Responsible spending

• Finding creative ways to address the projected budget shortfall.

• Encouraging community participation in discussing solutions.

• Making smart expenditures to ensure our future growth.

Resident Safety 

• Improving sidewalks and roads to ensure the safety of bikers and pedestrians.

• Increasing community and neighborhood ties.

• Continued partnership with police and fire departments.

Increased economic growth

• Addressing the vacant commercial properties within Brookfield.

• Listening to all residents to understand what new businesses would serve them.

• Working with local businesses to help them grow and thrive.
